Our classes range from 55 minutes to 90 minutes in duration, depending on the style of yoga and pilates class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start. This class provides you the opportunity to experience the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of the full Bikram 90minute class, over a shorter time period. Less breaks, and a quicker routine allows you to fit this 60minute class into your busy schedule.  Ideal for students who have already experienced the original 90minute class.

SCULPT YOGA (60mins)

A beautiful balance on a Vinyasa Flow with the incorporation of freehand weights. This class is set to energising music, designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. You will gain strength and flexibility whilst toning the entire body. The class is heated to 30deg and runs for 60min. Open to beginners and advanced students.


This class is designed to tone and sculpt your body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular system. You will burn hundreds of calories by focusing on high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles in a heated room to 34 degrees.

HOTYOX (60mins)


Our exclsuive fusion of Yoga with Shadow boxing is set to challenge and inspire you. This 60min class is designed to improve your cardiovascular system through rounds of shadow boxing, whilst also improving your strength, flexibility and focus with our signature boxing inspired vinyassa flow. The room is heated to 34 degrees. No gloves are needed for this class. 



YIN YOGA (60mins)

Yin Yoga is a 60min yoga class practiced at room temperature this consists of long held, mainly floor postures that focuses on your connective tissue.
